Thanksgiving is coming here at the French Knot

     Holidays are upon us once more and that means we’re busy knitting, crocheting and needlepointing our fingers off getting those gifts finished.  Once the holidays are over, we decided to put our feet up, rest and in the company of good friends and family, do a January Knit a long.  Meg chose Emiliana.  This shawl and it’s technique is very popular and nearly 600 people have knit this beautiful shawl in just 1 year!  Mosiac knitting  has been popular and, what’s awesome about this project is  the color combinations are endless.  Only 2 colors!!  A light and a Dark, or a Light and a Variegated.   1. There is a comment that this shawl is huge. Can it be made smaller? Here I am in Cancun. . . Sun and sand and drink in my hand. 🙂 See you gals soon. Marian

    • Yes it can be made smaller by adjusting the stitch multiples in the pattern. The sample for the shop is 126 sts before the Mosaic bands.
